Senior Pastor
Rev. Craig Campbell

Associate Minister
Rev. George D. Miller Jr.

First Lady
Mrs. Tracie Campbell

The R.E.A.C.H. Ministry is a Bible-based organization predicated on the teachings outlined in the Scriptures which instruct Christians to reach out to fellow Christians who have chosen to become a part of the body of Christ:

Galatians 2: 1-10; Romans 1:1-10;
Ephesians 4:2 Timothy 4:5;
Matthew 10:31; and Acts 20:32, 35

The group's focus is on strengthening the bonds of fellowship by showing care and concern for the welfare of those who need assistance, enhancing the introductory experiences for new members, and increasing the retention quotas of new members.

The Ministry which was spearheaded by Sis Evelyn Gray and consists of the following members:

Bro. Robert Griffin, Sis. Ruth Williams, Sis. Rose Gamble, Sis. Carrie Risher, Sis. Annie Kennedy, and Sis. Lillie Frazier.

After discussing the idea and getting the approval of Pastor Michael V. Norris, Sis. Gray called the first meeting on October 6, 2005. At that time, strategies were discussed for the operation of the ministry. Members were given assignments of sending cards for various occasions to the sick and shut-in as well as to college students and military personnel. The committee is making plans to visit the out-of-town sick and shut-ins, as well as the local ones, and whenever necessary, to provide transportation for local members who do not have the means for attending church. This action is not intended to take over the duties of the Deacon or Mission's Ministry, but to work in conjunction with them and them with us.

The committee will do a follow-up of new members and work to make sure that their transition into the Zion's fellowship is a smooth and comfortable one. This process began with a New Member's Reception on December 6, 2005 and will continue every three months. At these gatherings, new members will be introduced to the heads of ministries along with their duties and responsibilities; thereby giving them time to give prayerful thought to where they can best commit to service for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
